How much is the surcharge if sending parcel to the remote area?

Each order will generate a surcharge for remote areas delivery. For business customers, please contact customer service for more details.

How long will it take to deliver my shipment once it has been picked-up?

Normally, the courier will collect your parcel before 5:00pm. If the delivery is intra-city, the parcel will be delivered the next day. If the delivery is interprovincial, the parcel will be delivered in 1-3 days. For remote areas, it will take 2-3 days to deliver. LRTCourier delivers on weekends and holidays.

What is the latest collection time in my area?

LRT Courier deliveries on weekends and holidays all year round. The collection time of the majority of our branches is from 9 am to 5 pm.

What are the parcel's weight and size limitation?

LRTCourier has specific weight and size limitation of parcel. The limitations below only apply to a single parcel while there is no restriction to the total weight or size of your shipment.

(1) The parcel weight shall not be more than 50KGG
(2) The sum of the length, width, and height of the parcel should not be greater than 280cm.
(3) Any side of the parcel (length, width, and height) shall not be greater than 150cm

What goods are considered as dangerous or hazardous goods?

The following articles are considered dangerous or hazardous Goods:
(1) Drugs and dangerous drugs;
(2) Illegally forged articles, which are prohibited from circulation or shipment by national laws;
(3) Dangerous goods, explosives, poisons, firearms, ammunition and control equipment;
(4) Oxidants, peroxides, sprayers and flammable materials;
(5) Gases;
(6) Flammable gases;
(7) Non-flammable and non-toxic gas;
(8) Poisonous gas;
(9) Radioactive substances;
(10) Corrosive substances;
(11) Other dangerous substances harmful to human health.

How do I prepare a shipment?

Please refer to the following tips:
(1) Select appropriate packaging materials.
(2) Pack your items separately using foam film or loosely filled materials.
(3) Use plastic or nylon reinforcing tape to seal the parcel securely.
(4) Label the parcel correctly and fill in complete parcel information that is useful for the delivery, such as zip code, place of shipment, destination, contact details.
